Our booking process is straightforward and transparent. Follow these simple steps to confirm your place at IYA.

Select your retreat, class, or monthly program and preferred dates from our offerings.

Advance Booking Fee

Pay the advance booking deposit (25–30% of total) to secure your reservation.

Confirmation Letter

Receive your official booking confirmation letter within 24–48 hours of payment.

Balance on Arrival

Pay the remaining course balance upon arrival at the ashram — cash or bank transfer.

Advance Booking Fee

To secure your spot, a non-refundable advance booking deposit is required:

Booking Confirmation

After receiving your advance payment, we will send you an official Booking Confirmation Letter via email within 24–48 hours. This letter includes:

  • Your confirmed program and dates
  • Accommodation type and details
  • Arrival instructions and schedule
  • What to bring and prepare
  • Balance payment due on arrival

Balance Payment on Arrival

The remaining course balance is due upon your arrival at the ashram. Accepted payment methods on arrival:

  • Cash (INR accepted)
  • Bank Transfer (details below)
  • UPI / PhonePe / Google Pay
  • Western Union / Wise (international)
